Continuing through Midelt, a town famous for its apple orchards, we’ll stop for lunch before crossing the Ziz Valley, where breathtaking palm groves stretch along the river. Passing through Errachidia and Erfoud, we reach Merzouga, the gateway to the Erg Chebbi dunes. Here, your camel trek awaits! Ride across the golden dunes and witness an unforgettable desert sunset before arriving at your Sahara camp. Rise and shine! There’s no better way to start your day than catching the desert sunrise—an unforgettable moment as the sun lights up the dunes in golden hues. After breakfast in the camp, your camel will take you back to Merzouga, where your driver will be ready for a day full of desert discoveries.

Get ready to explore the amazing Merzouga region! Think towering dunes, ancient mines, fossils, hidden lakes, and real desert life.

We kick off with an exciting ride to an old kohl mine, once used to create natural eyeliner. Then, we visit local nomads living in traditional tents. Over a cup of mint tea, you’ll learn about their unique lifestyle and warm hospitality.

After that, we head to Khamlia village, where the beat of Gnaoua drums and traditional dancing will sweep you away. These villagers come from places like Mali and Sudan and keep their cultural heritage alive through music.

After lunch in a cozy restaurant, we take a peaceful walk through a grove of palm trees, then continue to the flamingo lake—a wild and scenic spot where birds sometimes gather.

Your adventure wraps up with a hearty dinner and a restful night in a local hotel.

We’ll then continue through Berber villages, stopping for lunch before reaching Boumalne Dades. Here, we’ll explore the Dades Valley, famous for its dramatic landscapes and rock formations known as the “Monkey Fingers.” You’ll spend the night in a cozy hotel or riad with beautiful views of the valley.

After breakfast in Boumalne Dades, we set off through the breathtaking Rose Valley, a region famous for its fragrant rose fields and the colorful annual Rose Festival held each spring. The drive offers stunning scenery and charming Berber villages tucked into the hills.

Our journey continues toward Ouarzazate, often called the Gateway to the Desert. We’ll stop to visit its legendary film studios, where blockbusters like Gladiator, The Mummy, and even scenes from Game of Thrones were filmed.

From there, we head to the iconic Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Morocco’s most impressive ksars. This ancient clay village, perched on a hillside, has served as the backdrop for many famous films. As you explore its narrow paths and terraces, enjoy the panoramic views stretching over the Ounila Valley.

After a relaxed lunch near the kasbah, we drive into the High Atlas Mountains, winding through the scenic Tizi n’Tichka Pass, the highest mountain pass in North Africa. Along the way, you’ll witness dramatic landscapes, Berber hamlets, and ever-changing views.

By late afternoon or early evening, we reach Marrakech, where you can settle into your accommodation and enjoy a relaxing evening or dive straight into the city’s vibrant energy with a stroll through Jemaa el-Fnaa square or the nearby souks.
