Cancellation Policy (Xabbitours)

We aim to provide a clear, fair, and transparent booking experience for every traveler. Our cancellation policy is designed to balance flexibility for our guests with the operational planning required to organize private tours across Morocco.

By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Payment Terms

To secure your reservation, a small deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is paid on the first day of your tour.

This system allows us to pre-arrange all essential services such as accommodation, transportation, and route planning, ensuring a smooth and well-organized travel experience from start to finish.

A booking is only considered confirmed once the deposit has been received and a confirmation message has been issued.

 General Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees apply only to cover non-recoverable costs already committed once your booking is confirmed.

All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted by the main traveler who made the reservation. Once received, requests will be reviewed and processed based on the timing and conditions below.

Private Tours Cancellation Policy

Private tours are fully customized and require advance arrangements. For this reason, cancellation conditions are applied as follows:

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before the tour start date with a full deposit refund or travel credit
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure are non-refundable
  • No-shows or failure to arrive on the scheduled date will result in a 100% charge of the total tour price

Each private itinerary is reserved specifically for your travel dates, including accommodations and logistics confirmed in advance.

Shared Tours Cancellation Policy

For small group or shared tours, different conditions apply:

  • Free cancellation up to 2 days before departure
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are fully non-refundable
  • No-shows are charged the full amount of the booking

Changes, Amendments & Flexibility

We understand that travel plans may change. Whenever possible, we offer flexibility such as rescheduling your trip or adjusting your itinerary, depending on availability.

We always recommend contacting us in advance if you are unsure about your travel dates so we can help you choose the most suitable option.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved under the cancellation terms, it will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
