We want to draw your attention to the Terms and Conditions of travel below, which, together with all brochures, documents, correspondence, and the terms and conditions of our Suppliers, form the basis of the contract between you and XabbiTours. Before making a booking with us, it is essential that you carefully read and fully understand these Terms and Conditions (and feel free to raise any questions you may have). Please be aware that these terms and conditions include provisions waiving liability, as well as waiving class action and venue selection, along with notice clauses. By requesting confirmation of your booking, you are indicating your acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions provided below and acknowledging that you have read and agreed to the Terms of this contract.
Using our website implies your complete acceptance, without exceptions, of the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from making a reservation. By completing your reservation, you confirm that you have read, comprehended, and accepted these terms. It is important to note that you must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to use this site and assume legal contractual obligations for any legal liability that may arise from your use of this site. Additionally, you accept financial responsibility for all transactions conducted in your name or under your account.
1- Reservation Information:
We are delighted to assist you in securing your reservation for our exceptional tours. Here are the details to guide you through the reservation process:
- Reservation Methods: Reservations can be made conveniently through email, our secure online payment method, or via a bank transfer.
- Deposit Requirement: To confirm your reservation officially, a 20% deposit of the total tour price is required. Upon sending your reservation email, you will receive a confirmation email specifying the bank details for the transfer. Kindly transfer the indicated amount. Once the payment is received and confirmed, your reservation will be finalized. Please note that the transfer fee is the responsibility of the customer.
- Remaining Amount: On the day of departure, please settle the remaining tour amount in cash (Moroccan DH) directly to the driver. While our tours are priced in EURO, for your convenience, we consider each EURO as equivalent to 10 Dh, helping you avoid currency changes that are common in this market.

Please ensure that you have a printed copy of the requested service voucher, which should be presented to the service providers.
3-Cancellation and Change Policy:
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we understand that plans can sometimes shift. Please take note of our cancellation and change policy:
Cancellations:
- If you need to cancel or make changes, kindly contact us promptly. The cancellation fees are structured as follows, and the specified amount must be transferred to the designated bank:
- Until 3 days before the departure date: 20% of the tour price
- Until the day before your departure date: 50% of the tour price
- After the departure date: Full amount of the tour fee
Changes:
- Changes to tour details are accepted without charge until the day of the tour. However, if there are associated cancellation charges (e.g., hotel fees), you will be required to settle those separately.
- Changes to the tour departure date are free of charge up to two days before. From the day before the tour, a change fee of 100 Dh will be applicable. Additionally, if the hotel incurs any change fees, they will be billed separately.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. For any inquiries or to communicate cancellations or changes, please reach out to us promptly.
4- LOSS OF TOUR SERVICES / ACTIVITIES:
The agency bears no responsibility for any unused portions of its travel or tour services and will not provide any refunds. Failure to attend confirmed schedules and activities will lead to the forfeiture of that tour component, with no refunds issued.
5- INSURANCE:
We strongly recommend that all passengers obtain travel insurance at the time of booking, as we are not responsible for health issues, unforeseen circumstances in which travelers may become involved, or for damaged or lost luggage.
6- HOTEL OVERBOOKING:
If a hotel refuses to honor a reservation, our sole responsibility will be to relocate passengers to other hotels of the same category or to upgraded accommodations, without compensation of any kind.
7- FORCE MAJEURE:
Any unforeseeable event beyond our or our customers’ control that occurs after reservation confirmation will be deemed a force majeure event.
We disclaim responsibility for claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays, or loss of enjoyment of any nature or type incurred by travelers, companions, or group members due to events beyond our or our supplier’s control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, wars, blockades, uprisings, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods, or restrictions imposed by government authorities.
8- DOCUMENTATION:
Travelers are responsible for obtaining all required documentation at their own expense, as mandated by competent authorities. Customs, airline, and immigration officials may deny entry or exit to travelers under any circumstances. We disclaim responsibility and will not provide refunds for any such situations.
It is also the responsibility of travelers to acquire relevant travel information, including schedules, airlines, and hotels.
9- COMPLAINTS:
In the event of a complaint, please inform the service provider promptly to enable corrective action. xabbitours will not be liable for losses or damages arising from the acts, omissions, or negligence of any third-party provider.
