Additionally, Agadir is one of the few places in Morocco where alcohol is readily available in restaurants, making it an excellent choice for those seeking some winter sun.
While in Agadir, explore the charming mosques, including the Grand Mosque, and don’t miss the Kasbah walls, which date back to the 16th century and offer breathtaking views of the town.
Food and Drink in Agadir

To get around Agadir, you can use the Petit Taxis, which are communal taxis readily available on the roadside. They offer an affordable way to explore the city.

For further exploration, take a train from Agadir to Marrakesh, a journey that takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, with tickets costing around £5.

Marrakesh is a mesmerizing city filled with snake charmers, monkey handlers, and a bustling main square known as Djemaa El Fna. Behind the medina walls, Marrakesh’s charm and chaos await, offering a stark contrast to the tranquility of Agadir.
