Tour Plan
Day 1 : Marrakech - Ait ben Haddou - Skoura- vallée des rose - Gorges de Dades.
We Depart Marrakech at 8 AM toward Ourzazet crossing the High Atlas mountains by the Tizi'nt Tichka pass (2260 m high), We stop to visit Ksar Ait Ben Haddou the most impressive Ksar and the most poetic of all the south of Morocco, the kasbah, declared UNESCO World Heritage and was the scene of films like The Gladiator etc…
After lunch in Ouarzazate, we will visite the kasbah of Taourirte, then depart towards Dades gorge crossing the palm of Skoura so as to visite the kasbah of Ameridile and kalaa M’gouna, the city of roses.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel
Day 2 : Gorges dades - Gorges de Todra - Erfoud - Rissani - Merzouga
After breakfast, we leave for todra Gorges for a visite and for taking a walk up in the palm grove of the Todra valley. then we drive to Erfoud, famous for its dates and fossils crossing several Berber villages
after lunch in Erfoud, we leave to Rissan the capital of Tafilalt ( Tafilalt is considered as one of the largest oases in the world) then we carry on to Merzouga. Once we arrive in Merzouga, we get prepared for a desert camel tick, we ride through a series of superb dunes in the desert Erg Chebbi
Dinner and overnight in a Berber tent at the foot of Erg Chebbi.
Day 3 : Merzouga – midelt - Ifran - Fes
Following an early rise to savor the breathtaking sunrise and indulge in a delectable breakfast at our desert camp, our journey resumes as our knowledgeable camel guide leads us on another captivating camel ride. Upon return, our attentive driver awaits to commence the unforgettable 3-day desert tour from Marrakech to Fes. Departing from the desert, we traverse the picturesque Ziz Valley near Errachidia, capital of the Tafilalt region, where a stop offers mesmerizing panoramic vistas of the valley's natural beauty.
Continuing our expedition, we venture towards Midelt, renowned for its apple orchards and pivotal role as a commercial hub within a vast agricultural expanse. The city's name, derived from the Amazigh language Tamazight, translates to "caves," reflecting its geological features. Notably, Ifrane was recognized as the world's second cleanest city in 2013. However, its true allure lies in its abundant outdoor recreational opportunities. A visit to the city center reveals a stone lion monument, paying homage to the historical presence of this majestic creature in the region. Established by the French administration in 1929, modern Ifrane boasts a unique blend of colonial and indigenous influences.
